The VIlaine, one of the two rivers in Rennes, is on a sunny Sunday morning in early fall full of active people: either jogging, biking, rowing, kayaking or fishing. By just walking I felt rather lazy – taking pictures does not really count as sports activity.

Cesson-Sévigné lies east of Rennes. Though it is so close to Rennes and it seems more like a part of Rennes on the map, it is a distinct small town. The beautiful church, which hosted in its front yard a fair organized by local people, and the small square with small shops and beautiful restaurants, are the center of this charming small town. The water activities and park along the water makes it a nice place to live and visit. Next time I will have lunch at one of the restaurants with view on the river.

I worked and lived in Baku in Azerbaijan since September 2012 and started the blog "Life in Baku". End of August 2015 I moved to Rennes in France with the 365 project in my new blog "Life in Rennes".
