Auray in the south of Britanny, at the gulf of Morbihan, is an old town with river harbor at the Auray river. The most frequented path is the street down from the town center to the river port Saint-Goustan, the oldest part of the town.

So, what to do in Auray? Certainly strolling down on the cobble-stones to the port, stepping into many small shops and galleries, admiring the small, old houses with their flowers. After arrival in the port you can have a drink in one of the restaurants nestled around the port or continue on a walk along the river. Certainly after returning from the walk you deserve a nice meal in one of the restaurants.
