After the dance performance during noon on the last day of the Saint Loup festival, there were about two hours of no program. Time to explore the town.

We have seen already parts of the central square and its old beautiful houses. Now let’s walk a little bit in town and see what it as for us.

It is still summer and the ubiquitous hortensia and roses also add great color to the buildings along the river Trieux. The river is quite small and shallow and flows in its natural bed. It has quite a serene air about it. So I had to follow. Just come with me. It was fascinating how quiet it was and the green was stunning. I walked up to the mill (see featured image) and turned back for the festival. More on that tomorrow.
