Well, the French are known for their excellent cuisine. My blog is not that much in culinary images, but as I do not go that often for an exquisite meal, it certainly deserves special attention on my blog.
The starter was a mackerel – notice the accompanying tomatoes in three colors. The brown cookie like thing in the middle is a crispy chip made of buckwheat.What you cannot see well is the bed of delicious couscous the fish was lying on.The food as well as presentation were just superb.
I continued with fish, a veeery delicous St. Pierre accompanied by vegetables and risotto.
And in France an assortment of cheese is always a good way to end the meal (I missed to take a picture of the coffee).
