The Satursday market in in Rennes is not only one of the largest in France, but also an institution in Rennes. It always feels that at least half of the population is there to get their food for the weekend. Most of the times, when I go to the market, I meet somebody I know. Not this time – I was late. I had gone on a walk through Parc Thabor to enjoy the spring weather and the flowers. And it happened as I continued to walk that I was at the market when everybody was packing. This had its own charme.
